Hourly sync sweep
Enhancement
Every eligible account now syncs server-side on the hour, so a day's fills are in the tracker whether or not the app was open.
Reliability
- Each run records its own outcome, so a missed sync is visible rather than silent
- Retries are per-account — one broker timing out no longer holds up the rest
- A reconnect picks up where the last successful run stopped, with no duplicate fills
