prop firms, brokers, banks and payment rails you can register
kinds of money movement, from payouts to eval resets and tax
transactions, each logged by hand against its platform

Register your platforms
Prop firms, brokers and the payment rails you get paid through. Name each one once — no credentials, and nothing to sign in to.
Add your transactions
Eval fees, resets, payouts and taxes — five fields per entry, filed against the account it belongs to.
Track everything
Every entry lands in the dashboard the page opened with: one balance, every account, costs already taken out.

Yes, and it is the thing to know before you start. No broker or prop firm reports an evaluation fee, a reset or a payout — a statement knows about fills — so every one of those is a row you write. Registering a platform here is naming it and picking its type; there are no credentials behind it and nothing that syncs.
Anything that moved money — payouts, profits, deposits, withdrawals, fees, eval resets, tools, subscriptions, market data, software, education and tax. Twelve kinds, each filed as income, an expense or a transfer, and each written against one account or one platform so a cost lands on the firm it belongs to rather than in one pile.
The Tracker is about trades: fills arrive from the venue and it works out what you made. Portfolio is about the business around them — what funding cost, what you were paid, what is left. They do not feed each other today, so a winning month in the Tracker does not write a row here.
What a firm paid you MINUS what it cost, over what it cost. A firm that took $600 in evaluations and has paid out $1,200 reads 100%; one you are still paying for reads negative, which is the true answer for as long as it is true. It is blank rather than 0% when you have logged no costs against that firm, because there is nothing to divide by.
Only as a record. Tax is one of the twelve kinds, so a tax bill you log sits in the same ledger as the payouts it came from and the evaluations you paid for, and a year narrows down to a list you can read. Nothing here works out what you owe, nothing sets anything aside as you earn, and none of it is tax advice.
Not yet, and it is worth weighing against the typing. The only export in Alltra today is the Tracker's daily report — there is nothing that hands you the portfolio ledger as a file, so for now the figures are read on screen.
Yes. Credentials are encrypted at rest, Tradovate connects by OAuth so we never hold your password, and nothing in Alltra can move money — there is no code that places an order or makes a transfer. Take the delete confirmations literally, though: a deleted row drops out of every total on the page and there is no control to bring it back. And what Alltra Intelligence remembers about you is readable today with the /memory command in the chat composer — the settings page for reviewing and forgetting individual memories is built but not connected yet.
